i wish the tide would take me over
Genevieve and myself trekked to Crantock beach last week. We also went along the headland and Fistral beach. It was a beautiful walk and we encountered many blue garments alone our way (inside joke aha). We're off on another walk tomorrow with some other friends so that'll be brill. :)

never give up it's such a wonderful life.
6/3/11.
Life as we know it.
"If at first you don't succeed, keep calm + carry on."
What a beautiful day out. Nothing at all went wrong. A simple walk to Porth Resevoir and Coland Woods, all the while discussing music and our future. Glorious weather for a March Sunday, if a little cold. The perfect end to a perfect day? Sitting on the Barrowfields watching the six o'clock sunset and eating Jimmy Con Carne crisps.

she walks away, the sun goes down.
I guess it's not all bad living in Newquay. At least there are plenty of nice sunset photo opportunities. Been having lots of them recently, due to the many barbeque's I've been too. The best barbecue had to be the one where my friend's boyfriend was lacking in barbecue food - "D'ya think that Burger King will lend me some burgers?" - no, was the general answer. So we had to make do with the chicken dippers that a friend donated. I have to admit, they were pretty tasty. Even though I got the burnt one because I got to the barbecue last - thanks to my crap athletic skills. I do enjoy a good barbecue, looking forward to the one on Sunday for my friend's birthday. Although it is bound to be a fail.
